Classic Catering is part of a large family owned corporation whose presence in the Triangle area has encompassed several generations of stability. Our reputation is one of excellence in service, quality, dependability and punctuality. We have catered to dignitaries such as past and present presidents and governors. We pride ourselves in making your catered event “equally special”.
BELOW YOU WILL FIND GUIDELINES THAT WILL ASSIST YOU IN HAVING A SUCCESSFUL CATERING EVENT:

A minimum of 20 guests is required. This is the least number in which we can provide the most economical service to your needs.
- All prices are based on the use of heavy black plastic disposable ware and napkins- although white china service is available at $6.00 per guest. (additional charge for flatware, glassware, china dishes and linen napkins)
- Full or partial bar service is available, including everything from alcohol to bartenders to mixers.
***PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR HOUSE BRANDS AND SERVICES PROVIDED *** WILL FOLLOW ALL REGULATIONS OF STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.
*** ANY EVENT WHERE ALCOHOL IS SERVED, CLIENT WILL BE REQUIRED *** TO SIGN A LIMIT OF LIABILITY FORM FOR CLASSIC FOODS TO KEEP ON FILE.
Food service attendants, attired in black and white, are required for most functions. Charges for these services are reflected in an additional charge of $20.00 per hour with a four-hour minimum per event.
All functions will have food and drinks available so as to ensure bountiful availability to the end. In compliance with regulations, any excess remains the property of Classic Catering and will be disposed of according to our guidelines.
Waited table service is available at $100.00 per waiter. (The
number of waiters is determined by size of group)
White banquet linens for food and beverage tables are included in all prices.
FINAL GUARANTEES AND CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE PROVIDED TO CLASSIC WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR EVENT.
BILLING ARRANGEMENTS AND THE AVAILABILITY OF VISA & MASTER CARD CAN BE DISCUSSED AT TIME OF SCHEDULING EVENT.
We at Classic have simplified this guide, with simplicity in mind. We offer full service catering to our clients and will enthusiastically tailor our services to your needs.
We will be happy to quote prices on specific requests should your requirements exceed the scope of this guide.
